Project Overview

Wauwatosa will be upgrading the storm sewers in 109th Street & Potter Road down to Underwood Creek. They are all undersized and need to be replaced before we repave 109th Street. The water main in Potter Road and 109th Street will be upsized utilizing previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

As part of this project, we will be adding a connection from Underwood School to the Oak Leaf Trail. This is part a larger initiative (Tosa Trails) to connect regional trail systems to Wauwatosa destinations. 

When utility work under the road is complete, both Potter Road and 109th Street will be repaved. 

This project will last from March to November 2024.
