Upon receipt of a municipal citation (traffic or non-traffic), you must take one of the following actions:

• If "Appearance Required" = Yes
  
  • You must appear at Wauwatosa Municipal Court on your assigned court date.
• If "Appearance Required" = No
  
  • You may appear at Wauwatosa Municipal Court on your assigned court date.
    or
  • You may pay the Deposit Amount printed on your citation. Payment must be made 24 hours prior to your assigned court appearance.

Failure to take action on a traffic or non-traffic citation may result in the issuance of an arrest warrant.

Pay Citation

Online

The Municipal Court Citation Online Payment Center is administered by Point and Pay. To use this service, a convenience fee will be assessed by Point and Pay at the time of payment. For credit or debit card payments a fee of 2.75% or a minimum $2.00 will be charged. Online payments may take a minimum of 48 business hours to process, including release of driver license suspensions and warrants.

Important Note: Point and Pay may be unavailable on Sundays from 2:00 am to 6:00 am CST for scheduled maintenance.
