The annual PoP Awards honor exterior improvements to residential, commercial, and public property in the City of Wauwatosa. The nominated property must be at least 50 years old and the improvements must have been completed with five years prior to the date of nomination. Recipients are announced at the first Common Council meeting in May during Historic Preservation month.

  • Galbraith Carnahan Architects for preservation of the Underwood Log Home, now located at 6404 W. North Avenue.

  • Steven and Sarah Fettig for exterior improvements, including a rear addition and landscaping, at 2145 Wauwatosa Avenue.
  • Paul Hackbarth, Hackbarth Commercial, for exterior property improvements, including an addition and landscaping, at Birch, 6610 West North Avenue
  • Sally and Gary Sprenger, Harwood Place Partners, for exterior property improvements at 7405 Harwood Avenue.
