Continuances

You are entitled to one continuance if this is your first appearance and you haven't had any previous court date changes on this ticket.

Make your continuance request in writing prior to the original court date. You may do this by:

• Coming to the Municipal Court Clerk office at Wauwatosa City Hall, 7725 W. North Ave.
• Writing a letter and submitting to the Municipal Court Clerk.
• Faxing your request to (414) 479-8999.
• Emailing the Municipal Court Clerk at tcourt@wauwatosa.net

Include your ticket number, current address, and phone number. A new court date will be mailed to you.
