Permit for combustible/flammable liquid diesel, gasoline or other bulk storage of combustible/flammable liquids. Placement inspection must be conducted prior to filling with product.

How to Apply

You can apply online using this self-service portal. You can upload any needed documents and process payments online.

The following information will be needed to apply for a combustible/flammable liquid permit:

• Number of tanks
• Size of each tank
• Placement and removal dates of the tanks on site
• The product in the tank
• Is the tank double walled or single walled?
• If single walled, the type of containment

Fees

The fees will be $70.00 per site location.
