Engine 55

Engine 55 was built in 2021 by the Pierce Manufacturing Company. It comes equipped with a 1250 GPM pump, 500-gallon water tank and foam capability. It carries 700 feet of large diameter hose (for hydrant supply), 2 1/2-inch hose (for attaching large fires), and four pre-connected 1 3/4-inch hose lines for quick attacks at smaller fires. Engine 53/55 contains an assortment of axes, tools, fans, high-rise firefighting equipment, water rescue equipment and various other firefighting equipment along with complete set of paramedic lifesaving equipment (defibrillator, CPR assist device, paramedic medications).
