This license is required for coin-operated machines for vending of coffee, soda water, milk, milk products, food, or food products. (Does not include cigarette machines.)

Apply

You can apply online using this self-service portal. You can upload any needed documents and process payments online.

The license period is July 1 - June 30. Renewal applications are sent in April to current license holders. An inspection will be performed by the Health Department. (Municipal Code Chapter 6.80)

Fee

The annual fee is $25/machine. There is a one-time pre-inspection fee of $200 for first-time applicants.
