The Tosa Room, located in the Muellner Building is a spacious, informal hall perfect for weddings and other large events. The Tosa Room is only available from April through September.

The Tosa Room in the Muellner Building at Hart Park is available for private or public functions April through September on:

• Saturdays: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Please note that the Muellner Building will be unavailable for rental most of 2024 because of renovations.

Cost

• Hourly Rate:
  • $200 for Wauwatosa residents (plus tax)
  • $250 for non-residents (plus tax)
• Damage deposit $500
• Down payment is 50% of full rental price, plus damage deposit, and is due with application
• Balance of rental cost due 3 months before rental date

Tables and chairs are not available for use in the Tosa Room, however rental furniture is permitted from an outside vendor. This allows you to select the furnishings you need to make your event uniquely yours.

To rent a hall or schedule a viewing, email or call the Parks Department office at (414) 471-8420 on weekdays, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.  The Parks office is located at the Department of Public Works Facility at 11100 W. Walnut Road which can be accessed by traveling north on 113th Street off of Watertown Plank Road.
