Availability 

The Riverview Room in the Muellner Building at Hart Park is available for private or public functions during the following times:

• Weekday Rentals: 
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Friday: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
• Weekend Rentals:
  • Booking Window A: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Booking Window B: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Booking Window C: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (8 hour minimum rental)

Please note that the Muellner Building will be unavailable for rental most of 2024 because of renovations.

Cost

• Hourly rate:
  • $80 per hour for Wauwatosa residents (plus tax)
  • $100 per hour for non-residents (plus tax)
• Damage deposit: $200
• Down payment is 50% of the full rental price, plus the damage deposit, and is due with the application
• Balance of rental cost due 3 months before rental date

Walnut Road which can be accessed by traveling north on 113th Street off of Watertown Plank Road.
