The Kitchen, located on the first floor of the Muellner Building and adjoined to the Firefly room, is suitable for final preparation and heating food only. Its rental includes the use of the Firefly Room.

Availability 

The Kitchen is available in conjunction with the Firefly Room in the Muellner Building for private or public functions during the following times:

• Weekday Rentals:
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Friday: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
• Weekend Rentals:
  • Booking Window A: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Booking Window B: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 hour minimum rental)
  • Booking Window C: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (8 hour minimum rental)

Please note that the Muellner Building will be unavailable for rental most of 2024 because of renovations.

Cost

• Hourly rate: $65 (plus tax)
• Damage deposit: $300
• Down payment is 50% of full rental price, plus damage deposit, and is due with application
• Balance of rental cost due 30 days before rental date

Walnut Road which can be accessed by traveling east on Walnut Road off of 116th Street.
