Strategic Plan Community Meeting

  • Date: 05/25/2022 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM  

Wauwatosa is in the process of creating a strategic plan. This plan will set forth a vision and key activities from the elected leadership and the community. The strategic plan will have specific goals and performance indictors for the next five years.

Most importantly, the strategic plan is an opportunity for you to express where you want to see Wauwatosa go over the next five years. See below for opportunities for the community to give input:

Attend a Community Meeting

  • May 14 from 10 – 11:30 am in Lower Civic Center at City Hall (7725 W North Avenue)
  • May 25 from 6:30 – 8:00 on Zoom. Please register in advance.

Timeline

  • May 14 and 25, 2022 - two community meetings
  • Fall 2022 - Common Council adoption of strategic plan
