POSTPONED Living Well with Chronic Conditions Class

Help yourself to better health! Living with a chronic condition can be challenging. Learn the tools and knowledge to help you take care of yourself. Register for the 6-week Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop that runs on Fridays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. from April 24 to May 29. The workshop will be held at Hart Park Senior Center. Topics to be discussed include dealing with frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation; exercise for maintaining strength, flexibility and endurance; appropriate use of medications; communicating with family, friends and health professionals; evaluating new treatment options; and healthy eating. Registration is required.
