Candidate Forum and Meet & Greet

At the local government level, the April 7 spring election will have a mayoral position and 8 alderperson seats on the ballot.

The City of Wauwatosa is hosting a candidate forum on Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00 pm in the Wauwatosa City Hall Council Chambers.

The forum will be moderated by Dr. Amber Wichowski, Professor of Political Science at Marquette University and Director of the Marquette Democracy Lab.

The aldermanic candidates will be given opportunity for a two-minute statement.

The mayoral candidates will all be asked the same questions selected by the facilitator. Candidates will have three minutes to respond, and there is no time given for rebuttals or responses.

Immediately following the candidate forum, the public can meet with candidates in the Lower Civic Center and ask further questions. This portion is anticipated to begin at 8 pm.

7:00 pm - Candidate forum in Wauwatosa City Hall Council Chambers (second floor)

8:00 pm - Meet and greet with the candidates in the Lower Civic Center (first floor)
