Join local historians Jonathan Piel (of Tosa East Towne) and Dr. Michael McBride on Saturday, October 5 as they guide you through a historical look at what once was and what remains in Tosa. The day-long event includes the once-in-a-lifetime display of historic photos, logs, maps, video and artifacts honoring Milwaukee County's mental health care system. Exhibits span every decade since 1880. Also, there will be newly discovered 1940s color film of the county grounds.

10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. - Visit the single-day museum (open house format).
11 a.m., 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - Urban spelunking virtual tour, a video presentation including footage of the now-closed and sealed eastern half of the building
2 p.m. and 4 p.m. - Hospital breakout, visiting the sites of former lakes, islands, waterfalls, etc.
