Senior Life Transition Options Program

All are invited to attend a Senior Life Transition Options program addressing hospitalization and recovery and establishing health care and financial legal documents from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6 at Wauwatosa Avenue United Methodist Church, 1529 Wauwatosa Ave. Guest speakers include Hart Park Square Executive Director Kathy Beltmann and Attorney Tom Frenn. Beltmann has 30 years of experience in health care and working with seniors. Frenn has worked extensively in elder law and estate planning.

The program will be held in Wesley Hall and includes lunch. Deadline for registering is July 31. Call the church at 414-453-0700 or send email to waumc@sbcglobal.net to register. A free-will offering will be collected to help defray expenses.
