Organization & Role of the Office of the City Attorney
The City Attorney’s Office is made up of four individuals:
This group works as a team to provide the legal services expected and desired by the government of the City of Wauwatosa, to protect the interests of the city and its citizens as a whole.
We are also assisted by a number of outside counsel who perform various specialized functions for the city, including a Special Assistant City Attorney who conducts prosecutions in Municipal Court
, bond counsel, litigation attorneys who represent the city in larger litigation matters, and those which require specialized knowledge and skills or situations when there may be a conflict of interest inside the office.
