Organization & Role of the Office of the City Attorney
The City Attorney’s Office is made up of four individuals:

This group works as a team to provide the legal services expected and desired by the government of the City of Wauwatosa, to protect the interests of the city and its citizens as a whole.

We are also assisted by a number of outside counsel who perform various specialized functions for the city, including a Special Assistant City Attorney who conducts prosecutions in Municipal Court, bond counsel, litigation attorneys who represent the city in larger litigation matters, and those which require specialized knowledge and skills or situations when there may be a conflict of interest inside the office.
