Civic Center Hall Rental
If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting or luncheon, the Wauwatosa Civic Center has two rooms available.  Both rooms are ADA compliant. Ample parking is available. Reservations are required.

Meeting Rooms
Upper-Level Meeting Room
The upper-level meeting room will accommodate up to 43 people w/ table & chairs, 92 w/ chairs only, and 130 for standing only for a daily rental rate of $84*, or a $56* partial day rental rate. The room measures 39 feet by 27 feet and can be divided into two meeting areas with an accordion-type wall.

Lower-Level Auditorium
The lower-level auditorium measures 58 feet by 39 feet and will seat up to 320 people w/ tables & chairs, 686 people w/ chairs only, and 960 for standing only events. A small kitchen area in the auditorium is available with rental of the facility. The daily rental cost of the room is $158*.

Rooms are available Monday through Friday between 7AM to 5PM.

A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of making a reservation. One half of the deposit will be refunded if the city is notified of a cancellation 30 days prior to the reserved date.

The balance of the fee is due 30 days in advance of the reservation.
