Safe Food Crew
Food Safety Training
The Wauwatosa Health Department, in conjunction with the Madison Department of Public Health, has developed a program called Safe Food Crew. It is designed for food establishment managers to train their own staff. The program uses 15 short teaching units to educate food staff on the most critical food safety areas.
